Kate Firkins is a qualified integrative counsellor based in Worcestershire, offering online sessions across the UK. She works with adults experiencing a range of emotional and psychological challenges, including anxiety, grief, trauma, low self-esteem, and relationship difficulties.
Her approach is client-led, with a strong foundation in empathy, honesty, and non-judgement. While creating a safe and supportive space, Kate also offers gentle challenge where helpful, supporting clients to explore deeper emotions and life patterns. She incorporates somatic awareness to help clients tune into the body’s signals and uses parts work when clients are experiencing dissociation.
