Her practice, which specialises in anxiety management, was established to support those struggling with challenges such as fears, phobias, and unhelpful habits.

Throughout her career, Amie has worked with thousands of individuals and observed an increasing demand for mental health support. This awareness has fuelled her drive to assist young people in navigating the complexities of modern life, particularly the impact of social media, unrealistic expectations, and peer pressure.
