A Trauma-Informed Approach to Emotional Healing, Integration & Inner Authority
A DIPLOMA ROOTED IN INTERPRETATION, INTUITION AND INTEGRATION

At the heart of the Integrity Method® are three core principles:
Interpretation – understanding how trauma, beliefs, survival responses and the nervous system shape a person’s emotions, behaviours and symptoms.
Intuition – restoring regulated inner authority and discernment, rather than fear-based or trauma-distorted “knowing”.
Integration – ensuring emotional work is fully processed, settled and embodied, rather than re-triggered or bypassed.
This diploma does not offer quick fixes or surface-level tools. Instead, it provides a structured, compassionate framework that works with the body, mind and nervous system together — supporting real, sustainable change for both practitioner and client.
