- Do you procrastinate, even with important tasks?

What’s Next?
If you answered “Yes” to 5 or more of the questions, and these symptoms are persistent, affect multiple areas of life (work, relationships, daily routines), and have been present since childhood, it may be worth pursuing a professional ADHD assessment.

What happens during an adult ADHD clinic assessment?
If you’ve been wondering where to go for an ADHD diagnosis, you’ll be pleased to learn that The ADHD Centre offers the UK’s most reliable, complete ADHD assessment service. Our ADHD assessments typically last between 60 and 90 minutes, and are held with an expert Consultant Psychiatrist. Before your assessment, you’ll be asked to complete a simple ADHD symptom checklist and a few registration forms, and we’ll walk you through a structural clinical assessment at our adult ADHD clinic. This assessment is based on the latest DSM-V criteria for adult ADHD, which is known as the gold standard for diagnosing the different subtypes of ADHD.
What happens during a child ADHD clinic assessment?
The ADHD Centre is the UK’s leading provider of ADHD assessment and treatment services for young adolescents and children aged nine years and older. During your child’s assessment, which is conducted by a specialist Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist and typically takes between 90 and 120 minutes, we’ll use the Conners 3 diagnostic assessment tool to obtain an objective understanding of how your child’s ADHD symptoms may have affected them throughout life. There are three components; teacher, parent, and child. During the assessment, we consider your child’s presenting symptoms, past medical history, developmental history, and family history.
How much does ADHD treatment cost?
We offer a range of different private ADHD assessments and treatment plans. Prices vary depending on the services you require; please see our ADHD treatment Pricing page for more information.
