This is not a diagnostic tool but a starting point for deeper understanding.

- Do you struggle to focus on tasks or conversations, especially when they’re not interesting?
- Do you often lose or misplace items like keys or your phone?
- Is staying organised or managing time a challenge for you?
- Do you get easily distracted by thoughts, noises, or activities around you?
- Do you interrupt conversations or answer before others finish speaking?
- Do you find it hard to complete tasks even when motivated?
- Are you frequently restless or find it hard to sit still?
- Do you procrastinate, even with important tasks?
- Do you struggle with emotional regulation, like quick temper outbursts?

What’s Next?
If you answered “Yes” to 5 or more of the questions, and these symptoms are persistent, affect multiple areas of life (work, relationships, daily routines), and have been present since childhood, it may be worth pursuing a professional ADHD assessment.
Remember, ADHD manifests differently for everyone, and many symptoms overlap with other conditions or life stressors.
For an in-depth evaluation and support, consider scheduling an Initial Holistic Assessment Appointment.
