Understanding & Managing ADHD

What is ADHD?

ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder) affects focus, organisation, emotional regulation, and more. It’s a unique challenge, but with the right tools and support, you can thrive.
Unsure if you have ADHD?

Take our Quick ADHD Quiz

Take this short quiz to see if some common ADHD traits resonate with you.

This is not a diagnostic tool but a starting point for deeper understanding.

Answer Yes or No to the following questions:

  1. Do you struggle to focus on tasks or conversations, especially when they’re not interesting?
  2. Do you often lose or misplace items like keys or your phone?
  3. Is staying organised or managing time a challenge for you?
  4. Do you get easily distracted by thoughts, noises, or activities around you?
  5. Do you interrupt conversations or answer before others finish speaking?
  6. Do you find it hard to complete tasks even when motivated?
  7. Are you frequently restless or find it hard to sit still?
  8. Do you procrastinate, even with important tasks?
  9. Do you struggle with emotional regulation, like quick temper outbursts?
  10. Have these patterns been present since childhood?

What’s Next?

If you answered “Yes” to 5 or more of the questions, and these symptoms are persistent, affect multiple areas of life (work, relationships, daily routines), and have been present since childhood, it may be worth pursuing a professional ADHD assessment.

Remember, ADHD manifests differently for everyone, and many symptoms overlap with other conditions or life stressors.

What Our Clients Say About Us?

“I have learned so much from working with Rebecca and gained so much from her support – I’m excited to see what will come next on this journey!
Her work is subtle and powerful all at once – the sessions are always enlightening and always helpful; sometimes challenging, emotional, sometimes a deep dive with EFT and other times more practical and informative.
Rebecca’s knowledge and insight are vast and only begin with her academic knowledge of nutrition. She is intrigued by the relationship we all have with food and how we use it to answer our needs physically and spiritually and how to we can use it to enhance our experience of life as well as our spiritual path.
She provides individualised support and encouragement – she is gentle in her approach, but her strength and impact go very deep. In fact, I often find that the work we do together begins before each session – such is the power of her energy!”

Happy Client

“The Holistic coach (Rebecca) has been an incredibly kind, understanding, patient and compassionate coach who has given me the space I have needed for so many years to begin to tackle the root causes of a long-term eating disorder. Working with Rebecca has made me incredibly self-aware of how the eating disorder functions and why it developed in the first place. Week by week we have unraveled many years of unhelpful thinking patterns and thought processes that have kept the eating disorder going for so long.

Before working with Rebecca, I had no hope in ever making a full recovery but I finally have hope that I can overcome my struggles with food, body image and self-worth and become the untamed, wild and free version of myself I was always meant to be! Amongst the sessions focusing on the eating disorder and other issues that have crept up, we have spent time using meditation, visualisations, breath work and EFT which have been incredibly useful tools. The holistic coach is more than just a place to chat, it’s a place to get to know the real you, a place to reconnect with yourself, take time to stop, breathe and grow into the human you were always meant to be. Forever grateful!”
